Cleanfiles is a PPD (Pay Per Download) network that utilizes the CPA networks and then provides users with a Download Locking module. The users are able to upload the files then a unique link is generated which can be shared to obtain downloads. Now, all of these links are locked with surveys whenever someone completes the survey the download is unlocked and the uploader of the file gets some money.
